taste. Starting out of a small retail shop in Albany, California in
1984 we knew from the start that the road to success was bringing
joy to the hearts and tummies of our customers. Because of this
vision, we carefully hand picked the best ingredients available:
farm fresh eggs, Guittard chocolate, and select California fruits
and nuts. Preservatives, additives or freezing were not allowed. It
is this level of quality that has created our award winning
signature products and established us as the leading purveyor of
baked goods in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Today, while serving
customers globally, we are still proud to be able to bake and
ship our products the same day, making sure our customers will
receive fresh, moist and delicious cookies each time they place
an order with us. Whether you bite into one of our oversized
chocolate chip cookies or rich, chewy, pecan bars, remember that
they were baked and packaged especially for you.

(www.WomensInitiative.org),
a San Francisco/Bay Area non-profit, offering training and
support to low-income women wanting to start and grow their
own businesses, announced the selection of Etrat and Baran
Elahi co-founders of The Nutty Cookie Company as its Alameda
County Honorees for its November 3rd Honoree and Graduates
Luncheon at the
San Francisco
Hyatt Regency. The luncheon took place during the
organization's fourth annual
bilingual English/Spanish
business
conference for
women entrepreneurs.
Each
year Women's Initiative honors
women-owned businesses that embody the Women's
Initiative philosophy of leadership, entrepreneurship and
giving back, with the prestigious Pacesetter Award. |
